Health, dental and vision insurance: The monthly premium is a shared cost (pre-tax deduction) between the team member and Strategic Insight.

Leave Availability:

Holidays - Full-time staff members are eligible for paid holidays.

Annual Leave - Full-time staff members accrue annual leave immediately.

Sick Leave - Staff members working more than 30 hours per week are eligible for sick leave.

Parental Leave - Staff members are eligible for maternity and paternity leave during the first year the child is with the parents. This applies to childbirth or adoption.

Bereavement Leave - Available for an immediate family member’s loss.

Other Leave - As required for jury duty, military leave, and administrative leave.
